- Are your staff background-checked and bonded?
- Yes. We went through a real accreditation review — business license, insurance, workers' compensation, a janitorial bond and background checks, each reviewed and confirmed by CJSAC, not just self-reported. See the Accreditation status section below for exactly what's been checked and when.
- How do you handle our keys, access cards and alarm codes?
- They're logged, issued only to the staff assigned to your building, and never labeled with your company's name or address. We set the alarm and check the doors on the way out, tell you right away if anything goes missing, and return everything when service ends.
- Can you work around our hours?
- Yes. Most janitorial work happens after hours or on weekends, and day porter service covers business hours. We'll agree the schedule, and any areas that are off-limits, before we start.
- Do you supply the cleaning products and consumables?
- We bring our own cleaning products and equipment. Paper goods, soap and can liners can be supplied by us or by you — we'll spell out which in the proposal.
- What if something gets missed?
- Tell us and we'll put it right on the next shift, or sooner if it can't wait. We'd rather hear about it early than find out at renewal.
- What's your contract and cancellation policy?
- Scope, frequency and price go into a written agreement, including how either side can end it. Ask us for a copy to review before you sign.
- Are you a franchise brand?
- No, we're not a franchise. Stonewick Commercial Cleaning is a fully independent, individually-owned and operated business — we don't dictate how they price their work, staff their team, or run day-to-day operations. CJSAC is an accreditation network: Stonewick Commercial Cleaning chose to meet our published accreditation standards for insurance, licensing, and safety, and pays an accreditation fee to earn the CJSAC Accredited badge — not a license, franchise, or business opportunity.
